Volunteering is a way to get connected in the church, feel like part of a community, and server Jesus at the same time. Volunteering has a spiritual benefits as well. by volunteering, an individual will often want to dive deeper into the life of the church NLBC has different events each month and you are welcome to come and join.
God has uniquely uniquely equipped every person in the church with specific skills and gifts. Whatever gift you are gifted, you can use it in church help.

We are so excited about what God is doing in the life of His church. Over the past three years, we have entered a new season in the life of New Light Baptist Church. God has called us to another level of service and impact on the community. However, in order to answer this critical call, we must build the appropriate infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing and ever-changing community. This is why we have responded to God's call and embarked on our VISION 2020 Building Campaign. This new addition will add over 17,000 square feet of worship, educational, and administrative space, including:

Elevator-Access to our current sanctuary
This project will also include renovation to our historic church edifice, which was originally built in 1860. God has given us a great vision for the future.
